 In [attachment:"50105.10.diff"]:
 * Pass attachment totals back in headers, restoring original response data
 shape.
 * Use a customized fetch handler to capture the returned X-WP-Total
 header.
 * Ensure spinner hides after load completes.
 * Use approach from rest endpoint to calculate correct X-WP-Total & X-WP-
 TotalPages headers.
