 User with "Author" privileges cannot set media images posted by other
 users as eye-catch.

 403 Forbidden will be returned for request to http://smarted.local/wp-
 json/wp/v2/media/3301?context=edit&_locale=user.
 I'm not going to "edit" it.

 The same media can be inserted as an image block.
