Comment:

 I agree with JB that the ticket is very very general and lacks actionable
 details for what could be considered for inclusion in core. "Be compliant
 to Google criteria", as JB points out, is not actionable for Core.

 There are plugins available for this area. For Core consideration:

 - What are the pain points for the plugins and themes to meet the
 criteria?
 - Are any of these pain points due to Core?

 Without those details, it's difficult to assess how to move this ticket
 forward.

 With no reporter follow-up, I'm closing this ticket.

 @nasiralamreeki if you can scope out a proposal, please reopen this
 ticket.
