 I think moving instead of copying is exactly what was proposed in
 comment:56, and is the preferred direction for this ticket, as previously
 noted in comment:69.

 The feature plugin indeed offers an alternative approach that could be
 added later, if still necessary after the approach from comment:56 is
 implemented.
