 Hi there @Guillermo77 and thanks for creating the ticket.

 #53778 is an older ticket about the unexpected `<p>`  and `<br>` tags in
 the HTML block. Please look there for the incoming solution.

 Upstream in the Gutenberg repository there is
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/32723 an issue about adding
 a title attribute] to blocks and some implementation options are explored.

 For now you can use a paragraph block or a heading block before in place
 of a title. To prevent floating issues you can group the heading and the
 block and they'll behave as a single "widget".
