 Hi @quickrows and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

 We already have a few tickets about widget logic plugin incompatibility:
 #53700, #53717, #53721, #53722.

 Plugin authors for [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compatibility-
 with-wp-5-8/ Widget Context] and [https://wordpress.org/support/topic
 /compatibility-with-wp-5-8-2/ Widget Options] are aware of the issue.

 At least for now, you probably need to install the
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ Classic Widgets plugin].
