 The built-in sitemap feature currently generates sitemaps with the bare
 minimum of tags, namely <loc>.

 Since sitemaps are primarily consumed by search engines it would be
 sensible to add <lastmod> next to each <loc>, since <lastmod> is consumed
 by all search engines except Google. This would allow these search engines
 to schedule crawls much more effectively, saving resources and decreasing
 load on sites.
