Comment (by jrf):

 Confirmed: commenting out the assertion in the
 `filter_rest_url_for_leading_slash()` method removes the "This test is
 annotated with "@doesNotPerformAssertions" but performed 4 assertions"
 risky warning.

 Still have to dig in deeper to figure out where the callback is triggered
 and what should be done with it.
