 If a website is already updated there is no easy way to access the page
 /wp-admin/about.php to learn more about the current version from the
 dashboard.

 I see at least two places to add this link:

 - In the dashboard "At a glance" screen element where it says WordPress
 X.X running X theme.

 - The "Version X.X" paragraph at the bottom right of the dashboard could
 also link to this page.

 Or perhaps it could be more hidden in the the site health status page, in
 the info tab.
