 I should say I'm not 100% sure if it's supposed to update the meta box
 html after updating the post, but I would assume so by the fact that that
 the spinner appears in the meta box header and only disappears once the
 html response from post.php is sent... and if not, I would appreciate
 someone telling me the correct way to update the meta box without
 reloading the page.
