 Hello. In addition to `Requires at least` and `Requires PHP` in 5.4
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/44592 #44592], `Tested up to` was
 added as a theme requirement since then.

 The scope of this ticket is to add support for `Tested up to` to WP_theme
 so that it can be parsed correctly and implemented in the theme-check
 plugin [https://github.com/WordPress/theme-check/issues/341 #341].
