 Also we might want to keep this ticket in mind #51809. There will be less
 visibility of the About Page as more people move to major auto-updates so
 there is some discussion about that there.

 I'm not sure if we would have time to implement a "Go check out the About
 page" notification for users who've had their major version auto-updated
 but just throwing it on the radar.
