 In WP Admin Bar "About" section, we have two links that need to be
 updated:

 **Documentation**

 We should replace `https://codex.wordpress.org/` with
 `https://wordpress.org/support/`.

 **Support**

 We should replace `https://wordpress.org/support/` with
 `https://wordpress.org/support/forums/`.
