 This looked really interesting after todays devchat (I know it went to
 Future but I wanted to check it out).

 [attachment:"18546.4.diff"] makes some minor adjustments on top of
 [attachment:"18546.2.diff"] and also adds the `build:protect_folders`
 (sorry for renaming :D) as the last step of `npm run build` as mentioned
 in comment [comment:34].

 Since we're checking for existing `index.php` and also have the `wx` flag
 I changed the folder arrays also to exclude only the libraries mentioned
 in comment [comment:31]. The additional folders from the previous patch
 already contain an index so they should be fine from the checks :) (
 fingers crossed haha ).
