 This screen and the field you're talking about are not generated by
 WordPress Core itself, but probably by some code in you plugins or in your
 active theme.

 As Trac is dedicated to WordPress Core development, I think we can close
 this ticket and I'd suggest you to ask on support forum:
 https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

 I think your issue is probably related to the WP 5.6 jQuery update,
 though. You may probably just need to install Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
 plugin… but let's discuss this on support forums, not here, please :)
