Comment:

 Oh no, not in Date/Time component it's not. :) I am not sure what proper
 fix would even look like here.

 Going by fixing one thing at a time... Not being able to query week 0
 should be fixed first, since that argument is in actual use. Then
 splitting archive generation into partial weeks (week 53 exclusive next
 year days and those week 0 leftovers) maybe? It's already trying to query
 partial weeks, so if it ''works'' and labels are corrected that would be
 somewhat logical.
