 "potx" is still not able to upload, as its mime has been changed to
 "application/vnd.openxmlformats-
 officedocument.presentationml.presentation", not "application/vnd
 .openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.template" as per in /wp-
 includes/functions.php, "wp_get_mime_types" function
