 When viewing a plugins details in a thickbox popover it's not possible to
 close the popover via a mouse click. This applies to both the close [X]
 icon and the overlay (ie, neither works). It's still possible to close it
 via the escape key.

 This was introduced in [50367] for #51812 during the 5.7 release cycle.
