 #51540 is still open for improving the Updates screen layout, if you would
 like to join the discussion there.

 The margin purposely increased from `2em` to `4em` "to provide sectioning
 without borders on the page" in
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/49254/trunk/src/wp-
 admin/css/common.css changeset 49254].
