 The PR looks good to me.


 There is some awkwardness left if we want to continue:
 In Twenty Fifteen, the pull quote has a left border in the editor but not
 the front.

 In Twenty Sixteen the pull quote has a left border both in the editor and
 front.
 I don't know if it is intended to have 3 borders including top and bottom?

 In Twenty Twenty, right aligned quote blocks has a border on the left, and
 there is a big gap between the text and the border.
