 That's good. I couldn't tell from the title. "Skip Updates" might be a bit
 of a misnomer.

 Nontheless, as per @lev0's comment above - this should be in core. Not
 dependant on plugins. Especially as plugins can be disabled during normal
 operation for whatever reasons.
