 Hello @nasiralamreeki, welcome to WordPress Trac and thank you for opening
 this ticket,

 The WordPress projet is constantly evolving to serve a better experience
 to end-users, and to follow the industry standards best practices.
 However, this ticket seems very, very, very general.
 There is no specific actionable item in this request.

 "Be compliant to Google criteria" is not an actionable item as is really
 depends on the theme and plugins you’re using on you website.

 Maybe some criteria can be handled by core. Maybe others are clearly
 plugin/theme territory.
 Do you have any specific actionable item to point out?

 Adding `close` keyword for now, but happy to help this moving forward if
 relevant criteria are raised by commenters.
