 Should we update the description of this ticket to mention that this
 scopes updating WP for compatibility with jQuery 3.5.1?

 Currently, it mentions "Remove jQuery Migrate 3.3.x." and is milestoned
 for 5.7, which I believe is not correct as per
 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RQBWTW/p1612204448014300.
