 @SergeyBiryukov Yes that is more clear. I had opted to use what already
 existed by following the pattern in [https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/blob/master/src/wp-includes/rest-api/endpoints/class-
 wp-rest-attachments-controller.php#L1205
 `WP_REST_Attachments_Controller`].

 We could standardize on `WP_RUN_CORE_TESTS`. I think that's a better
 approach.
