 Per @ noisysocks, the packages are now updated and is no longer a blocker
 for this ticket.

 Work remaining for this ticket is to restore the `$style->add()` code, per
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/46169#comment:29 @noisysocks'
 feedback]:
 >Yes we'll need to keep the `$style->add()` for backwards compatibility.
 Copying what we do for open-sans should do the trick.
