 The link "Documentation on Adding New Themes" targets the helphub post
 "Using Themes #adding-new-themes" when it should rather target the post
 "Appearance Themes Screen #Install-themes".

 To fix this it is enough to modify a line in the file “wp-admin/theme-
 install.php”.
