 The title of the "Themes" screen page is "Manage Themes" and does not
 match the title of the screen which is "Themes" and this is the only
 screen in the WordPress dashboard where there is a difference between the
 screen name and the page title.

 To fix this error, just modify a line in the file /wp-admin/themes.php.

 A link to the documentation describing the “Themes” screen is missing.
 To add this link, just add a line in the "wp-admin/themes.php" file
