 However, in this instance, I happen to know this host quite well. So, to
 save you some time:

 Your hosting company prevents access to the Theme Editor on their managed
 WordPress packages. See [https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/blogs
 /activate-wordpress-theme-and-plug-in-editor/ here] on how you can enable
 it. This requires some intermediate knowledge. You can also contact the
 hosting company for help with this.
