 Hey @davidbinda, Thank you for finding the issue in the new test case and
 contributing the [attachment:"53839-2.diff"] patch. The new test method
 added is a duplicate of the test in the data provider. I combined that new
 test with `test_wp_list_bookmarks_adds_noopener()` test by adding the
 expected `rel=""` string to  each dataset.

 Marking for commit.
