* After clicking "Update", it takes ages (to be exact) for the "Update
WordPress" page to load and show the steps for the update process.
* As soon as it finally shows the page, my `debug.log` appeared with:

In my case, I was upgrading from 5.0.14 > 5.9.0 Beta 1.
@costdev can you check if the cURL file is named `cURL.php` or `Curl.php`
([#comment:4 see my comments above]?
