 I have this issue, I added SSL Certificate but still website is not
 secure. My website is showing this error massage when I clicked "Not
 Secure" option. Now it's not upon on my side. How did I secure / develop
 this if it's said contact you website owner, How could I resolve this
 issue ? Please at least give some instruction to resolve this issue.
