 As an aside, I was [https://github.com/creativecommons/creativecommons-
 base/issues/113#issuecomment-904416737 confused as to why some of the
 Gutenberg container blocks had padding while others didn't]. And I needed
 to dig into the code to figure out why.

 I don't believe it is reasonable to expect our content editors to debug
 idiosyncratic layout issues.
