 Hello!

I'd like to chime in here by saying that PluginSidebar and
 PluginSidebarMoreMenuItem can't be used without wp-editor / wp-edit-post
and it would be super relevant to be able to add such sidebar plugins in
the new widgets area. I, for example, created a plugin that allows the
user to make the sidebar wider when editing blocks. Since PluginSidebar
and PluginSidebarMoreMenuItem are needed, I also need to enqueue wp-edit-
post. Granted this one is already added in the posts editing screen, but I
mark it as a dependency since I need the components that live inside that.

Maybe PluginSidebar and PluginSidebarMoreMenuItem should be extracted to
make them available without the full block editor then?
