 Welcome to Trac Olli!
 as mentioned in the previous comment, the maintainers of the
 upgrade/install component think it is a good idea, so it needs a patch :)
 Probably, before writing a patch, it needs some cross-collaboration with
 the Site Health component to discuss where this could be placed and how it
 should look: straight from the changelog or something more human-readable?
 What are your thoughts?
