 Sure, I can expand.

 What I mean is the Menu bar builder (appearance--> Menus)

 I would like those menu bars to be able to be duplicated. We have had to
 manually rebuild menu bars many times before, on lots of different sites.
 If we had a way to just simply duplicate a menu bar, it would be much
 easier to copy it and make a small change, so we can keep both versions
 around as needed.

 So down where it says 'delete menu', if there was a button that said
 'duplicate menu' or 'copy menu', that would be great.

 I hope this makes more sense now.
