 See also #51086, which proposes an API for tabbed settings usable by plug-
 ins. It would be nice to have a common tabbed settings framework, but I
 think it's more sensible to add it to core if it's being used by core.

 The account profile page is a good candidate for breaking into tabbed
 sections: it's long, broken up by logical sections, and commonly extended,
 making it even longer.

 In combination with #51086, I'd like to explore updating the profile
 screen.
