 Couple extra points not mentioned so far:

 1. `SpeedTrapListener` will be removed, see [comment:6:ticket:38237] for
 details.
 2. Some degree of backporting will happen in order to allow a plugin or
 theme test suite to use the snakecase methods in all test classes so they
 run on older WP versions too. Ticket(s) to be opened in due course.
