Comment:

 I just tested `26562.2.patch` and it looks like it works fine:
 - it removes the unwanted `title` attribute
 - it adds `aria-hidden` attributes to the number information (which is
 redondant for screen reader users)
 - it moves the details of the updates inside the screen reader text
 container
