 Welcome to Trac! And thanks for this report!

 I've gone ahead and opened an issue upstream in the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg Gutenberg Repository over on
 GitHub]. The issue will need to be fixed there and published before it can
 be included in WordPress Core.

 You can follow along and participate there:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/31208. One question you
 could answer that would be helpful is whether there were any other plugins
 active, or if you were able to reproduce the behavior on a fresh install
 with no active plugins.
