 My aopologies that it took so long to receive a response. In the future,
 support requests are better suited for the WordPress.org Support Forums.

 If you are still having this issue (or someone else comes across this
 ticket in the future), if the site gets stuck in maintenance mode, you
 should find a `.maintenance` file in the root directory of your WordPress
 install. Removing this should restore your site, but it's possible you may
 have issues and may need to reinstall the WordPress. It depends on where
 in the process your site encountered an issue.
