Hello @chef1974, welcome to Trac and thanks for the ticket.
This Trac is for bug tracking and enhancements of the WordPress core
software, not for individual support. Even if the PHP warning comes form a
core function, this is not a core issue.
The filter `wc_loop_shop_columns` seems to be applied by the WooCommerce
plugin. It may be added (used) by your active theme or another active
plugin. I suggest deactivating one by one, change theme, and see if it
goes away, then asking in their support forums, or generally in
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Closing this, as no action can be taken form this Trac.
