 Hi @Krstarica! I am administrator of WordPress `sr_RS` locale that you
 seem to use. After reading this ticket and your comments on #51686
 (starting from comment:22:ticket:51686), I suspect that issue might
 related to the specific way WordPress.org API treats `sr_RS` locale, and
 not related to the cache or your site.

 Could you please tell me exact time when you got automatic email
 notification from your site about automatic upgrade it performed? It's
 very important to me to know exact time when upgrade was done, so please
 pay attention to timezones. (You are probably in the same one as I am,
 CET, so you can tell me local time you are seeing.)
