 Doing some more testing, it seems like image cropping doesn't work. I
 believe it because of this [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/021b2a375346185d96699676c994d98aa68c33bd/src/wp-includes
 /rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-attachments-controller.php#L441 line].

 Should this version of the patch support image editing like this?
