 They are generally added by the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wpautop/ wpautop()]
 function at runtime and are not stored in the database.

 all the websites we take care of (approx. 200) …

 The fix is already made upstream in GB29809 and should be a part of WP
 5.7.1.
