 Hi @studiolmh,

 The functionality you are referring to (the nofollow and sponsored
 functionality) is not part of WordPress core. You are most likely using an
 SEO plugin like Yoast SEO that brings this.
 We are aware of this visual bug you are describing and this is currently
 on our radar (speaking for Yoast Support here) and will be investigated.
