 Definitely, there should be a == Privacy == section in readme.txt for
 themes and plugins explaining if personal data could or are collected.
 * external web services
 * local storage and for what purpose
 * if is compliant with WordPress consent api
 * if is compliant with WordPress Export/Erase Personnal Data process
 * any other relevant information about personal data
