 I think a full on admin notice might be too much. But what about something
 contextual. For instance, when you paste a Facebook link that we
 previously would've been able to oEmbed, we show an inline notice and open
 the block directory with a search for "Facebook". That way we can guide
 users to a more seamless upgrade path.
