 Another idea would be to conditionally add a `5th` item, when there are 2
 w.org posts published within a week of each other. After a week, the limit
 would go back down to `4`.

 Or maybe keep the total limit at `4`, and reduce the Planet limit to `2`
 in those situations. I think I like that idea the best.
