Comment:

 The gallery checkbox alignment issue is a bit different now after [45499]
 (the label has been moved to the right of the checkbox). It is also no
 longer an issue in the block editor.

 It also looks like the dropdowns are now properly aligned, but there is a
 new issue with a weird orphaned character from the limited width. In the
 block editor, the dropdowns are moved to the sidebar and look fine to me.
 These are probably a result of the work on #48420 and #47477 (see also the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2019/10/18/noteworthy-admin-css-changes-
 in-wordpress-5-3/ related make post blog post])

 Would be great if someone that actually speaks Russian is able to confirm
 these issues have mostly resolved themselves, but seems like this can be
 closed.
