 Looking at the remaining failures, there is one particular issue in the
 import tests that's outside of WordPress core:
 > `Function libxml_disable_entity_loader() is deprecated`
 It needs something like [48789] applied to the WordPress Importer plugin.

 Looks like that will need a PR to [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 importer WordPress Importer] on GitHub and then a sync to the
 [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/log/wordpress-importer/ SVN repo].

 If someone is able to help with that, please do :)
